Chargebacks are handled by financial institutions, can take significantly longer to process (often up to 3 weeks), and may negatively impact our business.

Every order is protected until delivery and can be tracked at any time using the tracking code you receive once your package has been shipped.


 Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 25–30 business days.

During busy periods such as promotions, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. However, we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with the expected delivery timeframe or offer you the option of a refund.
