We kindly ask all customers to review our shipping and delivery times carefully before placing an order. Our standard delivery window is 25–30 business days from dispatch.

If an order is placed without considering these timelines and delivery does not meet your personal expectations, we strongly advise against initiating a chargeback through your bank. Chargebacks are managed by financial institutions, can take up to 3 weeks to resolve, and may negatively affect our ability to serve you and other customers.
